Scottish coast lobster & Greenland prawn’s cocktail.

Cucumber jelly, basil & tomato cream, micro salad, 

roast lobster & lemon oil.

Gin and Lavender sorbet.

Seared Yorkshire beef fillet, braised shin, horseradish gnocchi, carrot puree, red wine confit shallot.

Winter berry & vanilla textures: jelly, panna cotta, coulis.

Rich homemade fruit cake with Wensleydale and cranberry cheese.
